Every effort is made to ensure the products you purchase from us are as described on our website and manufactured to the highest standards. If a problem with your product(s) does occur, we will endeavor to take corrective action as soon as possible, to ensure that your order is to your satisfaction.
If your goods arrive and the person receiving them notices that it is damaged, then please do not accept delivery, reject the goods, and get in touch with us on 01738 860006.
Return of goods will only be accepted if they prove to be faulty/damaged on receipt or of an unacceptable standard. Otherwise return of goods will only be allowed if they are undamaged and in the condition they were delivered. We are happy to look at photographic evidence of damaged goods to ease the process of returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or goods, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods letting us know what the problem is with the item(s), so we can take the rights steps to make corrective action.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Wood n Garden will contact the appropriate distribution company to organise an uplift with yourself. They will be in touch with you by phone to arrange uplift. We will organise a full refund on receipt to their warehouse once they confirmed to Wood n Garden they have inspected the item(s). Please bear in mind that this may take up to 7-14 working days after receipt of the goods. A refund will follow in due course. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
If you have any shortages in your order, you should report this to us within 24 hours. We will endeavor to get the shortages to you as soon as is practicably possible.
Returns – Cancelled Orders
In line with The Distance Selling Regulations, and the Safe buy code of practice 'The Customer' shall have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which time they may cancel their order for a product with the exception of goods that have been made to ‘The Customers” own specification
Cancellations must be made by telephone (01738 860006) or by registered post to Wood n Garden's trading address (Main Street, Glencarse, Perth PH2 7LX), quoting the order reference given when the order was placed.
It is the responsibility of ‘The Customer’ to retain possession and take reasonable care of the goods until they have been returned to the possession of, ‘Wood n Garden’, the manufacturer or their appointed carriers. We cannot accept back for a full refund any item which has been assembled or modified in any way or damage reported after 24 hours.
Reimbursement of cancelled order monies, once the goods have been dispatched or delivered, less a 20% restocking fee, will be made to the customer as soon as possible, and certainly within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of return if the process above is adhered to.
If the order has not yet been received by the customer, monies will be refunded in full, less a processing fee relevant to the way you have paid for your order. If your order is made by card payment, and we will only deduct the charge that has been applied to Wood n Garden by the Card Company. If your order is made by cash or cheque, we will refund all monies, less the banking fee applied to Wood n Garden by their bankers.
