Every effort is made to ensure the products you purchase from us are as described on our website and manufactured to the highest standards. If a problem with your product(s) does occur, we will endeavor to take corrective action as soon as possible, to ensure that your order is to your satisfaction.
It is important to notify Wood n Garden within 24 hours of installation if you are not satisfied with the product installed. You can do this by email or call us on 01738 860006. It is useful if you can supply photographic evidence of any problems to ease understanding of the problem.
You can also notify the TGB Installation team at the time of installation so they can rectify any problems at the time of installation.
In line with The Distance Selling Regulations, and the Safe buy code of practice 'The Customer' shall have a period of 7 working days after the date of order to cancel their order for a product with the exception of goods that have been made to ‘The Customers” own specification.
Cancellations must be made by telephone (01738 860006) or by registered post to Wood n Garden's trading address (Main Street, Glencarse, Perth PH2 7LX), quoting the order reference given when the order was placed.
We cannot accept back for a full refund any item which has been assembled or modified in any way or damage reported after 24 hours.
Reimbursement of cancelled order monies, will be made to the customer as soon as possible, and certainly within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of cancellation if the process above is adhered to.
