We use only top quality materials and these are inspected during manufacture. However we cannot be held responsible for
shrinking, warping, cracking or any other natural timber problems.
LEVELLING AND ACCESS
Prior to your delivery, we ask you to ensure that your site is cleared and level.

Prices on our price list allow for carrying of sections of timber buildings a short distance.
Due to the large size and weight of larger sections you will be asked at the time of order about access to the site, and on larger
sheds, distance from parking to site.
Health & Safety regulations does not allow our delivery teams to take shed sections over fences, walls, hedges or garages. If this
is required then customer assistance will be required (minimum of 2 additional people).
If you have a problem with your site, or have any doubts about levelling, please let us know well in advance either by phoning
into the office, or email, hopefully we will be able to advise you, or give you a telephone number of a company that prepare
SITE FOR DELIVERY
Please ensure that there is someone available to show us where you would like the building positioned on the day of delivery. If no-one is available, please provide the installation team with a site plan or clearly mark out the area where you want your shed to be erected, (clearly state door position).
If the site is not marked out, we may have to drop the building in your garden and a charge may be levied for us to return and install your building.
For furniture, Log Cabins and Power Sheds buildings payment is required in full at time of ordering.
For all TGBS buildings a non refundable 15% deposit is required at time of ordering, the balance will be collected direct by Timber Garden Sheds approximately 7 days after ordering. We accept payment of the following cards, Delta, Maestro, Master Card, Solo & Visa. From the 1st January 2012 we will not accept cheque payments. Orders placed via the website are paid for in full using your credit or debit card. All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. All goods will remain the property of Wood N Garden Ltd until payment is received in full. The customer will be responsible for all additional costs incurred for the collection of any late payments.
You will be given the current lead time at time of order or by return email, suppliers will contact you direct to arrange delivery.
Wood N Garden Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, caused by any adverse weather conditions, or from any
third parties. Customers will be advised if a larger vehicle is required to make delivery. Please make us aware of any restrictions. Customers will be advised if the item is kerb side drop, it is the discretion of the delivery driver if the item(s) are taken any further. The driver will not help unpack or build Items.
TGBS buildings are installed by the Timber Garden Buildings team.
Power sheds buildings and log cabins are installed using a independent installers. Wood N Garden Timber Buildings Limited accept no responsibility or provide any warranty for installation. Installers will provide their own terms and conditions. Installers will contact customers directly to arrange a convenient installation date.
All order and deliveries sheets must be signed for at the time of order, and delivery. The Customer should inspect the building after installation, (This does not however affect your customer’s statutory rights.)
Personal details taken at the time of ordering are for the purpose of delivery/installation only. These are only passed on to the suppliers/ installation team in relation to your order and will not be used for any marketing purposes or passed on for any other reason.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or weekdays after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Once the order has been dispatched the item can no longer be cancelled. Items can be returned within 14 days to the supplier providing it is in its original packaging or unopened on its pallet. Some suppliers may have a surcharge for this.
For TGBS buildings, cancellation may be made by telephone, in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org this must be done no later than 14 days prior to your installation date. At this point TGB will assume the order can go into production.
Please note that your building may be subject to planning permission or building control. It is the responsibility of the Customer, to ensure that this permission has been obtained.
Wood N Garden Ltd will take no responsibility for the dismantling of buildings where the correct permission has not been obtained, and which may later be subject to a removal order by the relevant planning department.
The above terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with Scottish law.
We reserve the right to decline an order and to alter the designs and/or any specifications without prior notice. Any changes made would be made in order to upgrade or improve our existing designs.
